SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY AREA

Binte Ahmad provides delivery across Pakistan. We do not currently offer international delivery unless expressly confirmed before ordering.

ORDER PROCESSING

Full payment and stock confirmation are required before an order is processed.

Ready and confirmed orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment and stock confirmation.

For pre-booked products, the processing period begins after the relevant stock becomes available. Pre-booking does not mean the article will be dispatched on its official launch date unless this is expressly confirmed.

DELIVERY TIME

Dispatch time and courier delivery time are separate.

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location, courier operations, public holidays, weather and other circumstances outside our direct control. Any estimated delivery period is an estimate and not a guaranteed arrival date.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before the order is finally confirmed.

ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER

Customers must provide:

• A complete delivery address
• The correct city and postal information
• An active phone number
• Any delivery instructions required to locate the address

Binte Ahmad is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be shared after dispatch. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take time to appear.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

The customer must remain available at the provided phone number. If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses the parcel or supplies incorrect information, additional delivery charges may apply before the parcel is sent again.

DELAYS

Occasional delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, high order volumes or other circumstances outside our control. We will assist with reasonable tracking enquiries but cannot guarantee courier delivery dates.

DAMAGED, INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT DELIVERY

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the article, original packaging and labels unchanged and provide photographs and an unboxing video where available.
