These Terms of Service apply when you visit, browse or purchase from the Binte Ahmad online store. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
ABOUT BINTE AHMAD
Binte Ahmad is an independent retailer of original women’s clothing articles from selected brands. Brand selection and availability may vary between collections, volumes and drops.
Binte Ahmad does not claim to be an official representative, authorised distributor, partner or collaborator of any featured third-party brand unless expressly stated.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to present product descriptions, article codes, fabric details and photographs accurately based on the information available to us.
Product colours may vary slightly because of photography, lighting and screen settings. Customers should review the complete product information before ordering.
Products are sold in the condition identified on their product pages, including whether they are unstitched and whether they contain two or three pieces.
AVAILABILITY
Articles are available in limited quantities. Adding an article to your cart, sending an enquiry or sending an Instagram message does not reserve it.
An article is secured only after:
• Its availability has been confirmed; and
• Full payment has been received and confirmed by Binte Ahmad.
We reserve the right to correct stock errors and cancel an order if an article becomes unavailable. If payment has already been received for an unavailable article, we will offer an alternative or refund the amount paid for that article.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated.
Full advance payment is required for website orders. Available payment methods will be shown during checkout or communicated through an official Binte Ahmad channel.
Customers must not send payment to details received from an unofficial or unverified account.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted. An order is confirmed after payment and stock availability have been verified.
PRE-BOOKINGS
Full payment is required to confirm a pre-booking. An enquiry or unpaid request does not reserve an article.
Pre-booked articles are processed after the relevant stock becomes available. Any estimated availability or dispatch information will be communicated separately.
SHIPPING
Orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address and an active phone number.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, claims and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Binte Ahmad name, logo, website design and original content belong to Binte Ahmad and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Third-party brand names, trademarks and catalogue materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this website is for product identification and retail presentation and does not imply an official partnership.
PROHIBITED USE
You must not use this website to:
• Commit fraud or unlawful activity
• Submit false payment or delivery information
• Interfere with the website’s security or operation
• Copy or commercially exploit store content without permission
• Introduce viruses or harmful code
CHANGES AND ERRORS
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, pricing errors or stock information and may update these Terms when required.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
